In order for Caroline Groves to design your perfect shoe, she requires at least three appointments with you.

The first is an assessment and measurement of your feet and a design consultation. Here you will be shown a wide range of materials to choose from and with Caroline's expert knowledge of leathers, she can work with you to achieve the perfect fit. The second appointment will be a half-way fitting. Here Caroline will work with the 'mock-up' that has been created and tweek where necessary, discuss design developments and make any alterations before heading towards the final stage.

The third appointment is the presentation and final fitting. At this stage, most shoes are complete and final and fit like a glove, however, should any alterations be needed either to the last or to the final details, another appointment will be made.

Caroline Groves strives to learn as much about her clients personality and personal style as possible, so that she will design the shoe of your dreams. During the appointments Caroline Groves connects with her clients on a personal level, whilst supporting their ideas with professional expertise.
